SHS senior Addison (Addie) Donovon (she/her) is known for being devoted, caring, and helpful to her classmates. As a first-year staff writer for The Scituation, she is excited to bring fun and optimism to the staff this year. Donovon decided to join Advanced Journalism because she has always enjoyed writing and wants to be connected with the community through the journalism program. 

Donovon's goals this year include learning different writing techniques and investigating important community stories. Her peers know her as a confident writer, and she is ready to contribute these skills to The Scituation. 

Beyond academics, Donovon has been a valued member of the girls' varsity tennis team since her freshman year. Looking toward the future, she hopes to attend a four-year college and major in sports communications.
