Bradley Bossey, Staff Writer

Senior Bradley Bossey (he/him) is thrilled to join The Scituation team. With his evident talent for writing, Bossey has been an involved member of SHS journalism since freshman year as a member of the Journalism Club. He is also co-president of SHS’s “whatsthescit” (a media-based segment of The Scituation). Known as an outgoing, welcoming, and determined student, Bossey enjoys learning about government and history and is especially excited to take AP United States Government this year.

Bossey is undeniably an incredible leader for the senior class. He is the class vice president, a Model United Nations historian, and a freshman mentor. He proudly sits on the Principal’s Council, where he advises the SHS administration on various topics. Having earned many SAIL Awards, along with being inducted into both the National Honors Society and the National History Honor Society, Bossey puts a strong emphasis on his academics and earning stellar grades.

This year, Bossey hopes to utilize his positions in Model UN and Student Government to broaden the scope of The Scituation coverage and is excited to contribute his thoughts, as he believes journalism is integral to democracy and the pursuit of truth.

Although many people in the school would agree that Bossey would make an outstanding president of the United States, he hopes to have a career in law or medicine.
