Ian Murray, Staff Writer
Ian Murray is a dreamer. He eagerly dreams of all the possibilities for his life after high school. He wants to be independent and to “go with the flow.” This lovable, easy going SHS senior enjoys being active, playing in the popular recreational activity known as “spikeball,” and eating salads. On the subject of food, Murray compares himself to Honey Bunches of Oats, because they are sweet, like him. They also have a crunch to them, a quality he also says he possesses. Murray is excited to be writing for The Scituation as a senior in high school. He takes a patriotic stance when he says that any problems that the grade faces “can’t hold us back.” Murray said, “We’re going to fight through this together, as seniors, and come out on top.” Inspired by his sister Caitlin, Murray aspires to be outgoing and progressive. On top of being incredibly charming, Murray describes himself as empathetic and self-aware, which is evident in the way he acts in and out of school. A devoted fan of Taylor Swift, Murray feels that he and “T-Swift” have a connection like no other.
