Isabella Monteiro, Staff Writer
A new member of the Scituation staff, senior Isabella Monteiro (she/her) looks forward to writing articles that provide the community with valuable information. Inspired by her AP Language and Composition course, Monteiro is passionate about using her writing to help build unity, inclusion, and understanding at SHS. Known for her kindness and positivity, Monteiro is a talented student who strives for excellence. During her junior year, she received a SAIL award for her achievements in Environmental Science.
Beyond the classroom, Monteiro participates in both winter and spring track, where she has been recognized for her sportsmanship and contributions to the team. Active with Model United Nations, she applies her intelligence and maturity to making connections and sparking change.
After graduation, Monteiro aspires to attend college and pursue her interests in business and social work.
