Reid Fulton, Staff Writer
With no prior experience in journalism, SHS senior Reid Fulton (he/him) is branching out into something new. After viewing a presentation led by his English teacher, Ms. Hall, Fulton took an interest in Advanced Journalism and was later recruited as a member of the video team.
Fulton can be described as disciplined, loyal, and outgoing. He has various extracurricular interests, including being a member of Model UN, SHS Book Club, Allies Not Bystanders (ANB), and robotics. Fulton also enjoys being a volunteer for the Malawi Children’s Mission (MCM). Fulton’s interests also span across the athletic field, as he is a valued member of the football, swim, and lacrosse teams at SHS. His academic interests include his math classes, particularly AP Calculus.
After graduation, Fulton hopes to attend the Naval Academy. Fulton has quite a bit of remarkable experiences, such as spending two weeks in Africa for a service trip, being captain of the lacrosse team, and being a 3-varsity sports athlete. There is no doubt that his future is bright.
Fulton hopes to contribute to The Scituation this year by shedding light on some of the more hidden stories at Scituate High.
