Senior Savana Garabedian (she/her) is a hardworking, determined, and ambitious individual who is heavily involved in her extracurricular activities and studies. Known for her leadership with the Women’s Business Association, DECA, and the Finance Club, Garabedian has distinguished herself as a role model at Scituate High School. As the president of the Journalism Club and Business Editor of The Scituation, Garabedian is dedicated to informing her community.

Garabedian’s goal for this school year is again to qualify for DECA ICDC. She finds enjoyment in math and business classes as she believes they teach her valuable lessons in different ways. As an academically gifted student, Garabedian has earned her place in the National Honor Society and National Business Honor Society and even received an underclassmen award from her business teachers. After high school, she hopes to continue her education in college, studying finance and global economics.

As a business writer, Garabedian plans to inform the community about new businesses, educate students on financial literacy, and bring awareness to the business opportunities at Scituate High School. Because of Garabedian’s love for journalism, she is excited to continue her involvement in The Scituation and with “Scituate Style” on The Scituation Instagram.
